Our advanced paint lines incorporate automated pretreatment processes such as cleaning the cylinders with an environmentally friendly iron phosphate wash. These processes ensure a clean and properly prepared surface, promoting optimal paint adhesion.
Paint is applied using a distinct spray pattern, ensuring consistent coverage and uniform thickness. Curing the paint once applied is critical in achieving the desired finish. Precise temperature control and airflow management ensure the paint cures uniformly, enhancing its durability and protective properties.
