The TyRod by RAM hydraulic clevis mount cylinders are designed to meet the requirements of both OEM and after-market users.

TyRod standard design cylinders are manufactured with high tensile cold drawn tube material precision honed for extended seal life. The rod is ground and polished hard chrome plated, high tensile SAE C1045.

TyRod models come with standard bore sizes of 2” to 4” in ½” increments and stroke ranges from 4” to 24”. They are available in both 2500 PSI and 3000 PSI ratings. Standard NPT or SAE ports are inline to the pins.

The piston, gland, cap and rod clevis are all manufactured from ductile iron 65-45-12 and the piston locknut, clamp bolt, clevis clamp nut and tie rod nut are all Grade 10. The tie rods are all ASTM 5140, high tensile with rolled threads for increased durability.

RAM TyRod cylinders feature North American seals and each cylinder is 100% hydraulically tested.
