Specifically for this industry, cylinders are exposed to corrosive environments. RAM has developed cylinders with special materials to eliminate the ware of corrosion over time. Materials like stainless steel, chrome plating, nickel, and sometimes the combination of these materials to best suit the atmosphere it is used in.
